integration_status_report.md(STATE-2026-07-25), integration_prd_f1f3_hospital.md, exp030_remediation_validation_report.md 신규 추가. agents/08~11 리넘버링 (handoff_generator/evidence_verifier/sentiment_analyzer/domain_inference, temporal_retriever/temporal_summary/prompt_eval 통합 폐기). 완료된 PRD_task1_v2/development_report/checklist_task1/f1f5_total_validation_report 등 방대한 사전 검증 산출물(personas, simulation_results VP-001~012, samples/phr, workflow_*_f1f2) 정리 — 결과는 이미 결과물에 반영되어 중복 보관 불필요. analysis/threshold_n_met8_w1_20260711.py 정리(폐기 스크립트, EDA 산출물 이관).
01_orchestrator.md and deployment_integration_plan.md still claimed the HIGH_RISK CTRS message and crisis-flow hotline text carry the retired 1577-0199 number. Master #85 unified crisis hotlines to 109/119/112 (109 is the current national suicide-prevention integration number); update both docs to cite the live code (orchestrator.py:139-150) instead of the stale claim. Per ADR-048/BUG-062 lineage.

연동 현황 보고서(STATE-2026-07-25)를 추가하고, agents/ 문서 리넘버링, 그리고 이미 결과물에 반영된
방대한 사전 검증 산출물(personas, simulation_results VP-001~012, samples/phr, workflow_*_f1f2 등)을
정리한다. docs/ai/prompts/*는 apps/ai-server/prompts/로 이관되어(#80) 여기서는 구 경로만 제거한다.
