Loan liquidation monitor: wire alerting and add dry-run mode #593
Description
Context
src/jobs/loanLiquidationMonitor.ts (261 lines) + src/lending/liquidation.ts are new.
Proposal
- Emit PagerDuty/Slack alerts via
src/services/alerting.tswhen a loan crosses the liquidation threshold and when liquidation succeeds/fails - Add a
LIQUIDATION_DRY_RUNenv flag that logs intended liquidations without executing transfers - Admin endpoint or runbook hook to force-liquidate with idempotency key
Acceptance criteria
- Dry-run mode tested
- Alert on liquidation failure within 1 minute
- Runbook section in docs/LENDING.md
