🪐 Nexus Resonance Codex (NRC) - Meta-Materials Synthesis & Analysis

CI/CD Pipeline Python Version License: AGPL-3.0 Data License: CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 Patent Pledge

Welcome to the Nexus Resonance Codex (NRC), a God-tier, fully professionalized open-source framework designed for the advanced simulation, synthesis, analysis, and fabrication of complex metamaterial structures.

This repository features state-of-the-art computational engines capable of exploring TTT-7 Stability Manifolds, Bulk Resonance Reinforcement (BRR), and φ-Spiral Resonance (Phi-Infinity) Dynamics, specifically operating in high-frequency Terahertz domains and beyond.

🚀 Features & Capabilities

  • Unified Meta-Material Engine: Core engine supporting electromagnetic, acoustic, optical, and mechanical metamaterial simulations.
  • Advanced 3D Print & Fabrication: Built-in dynamic G-Code and standard 3D mesh (STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP) generation tailored for complex lattice meta-materials.
  • Interactive Visualizer Dashboard: High-performance Web UI (FastAPI + Streamlit/PyVista) for real-time resonance wave and 3D stress-strain visualization.
  • Academic Standard arXiv Papers: Fully compiled, comprehensive mathematical proofs and theories written in standard APS/REVTeX LaTeX formatting.
  • Interactive AI Prompt Integration: Leverage GitHub's native Prompts feature to directly interrogate the NRC mathematical engine using state-of-the-art LLMs.
  • Multi-Physics Coupling & AI Optimization: AI/ML-driven parameter optimization to discover optimal lattice configurations coupled with multi-physics thermal-mechanical simulations.

🛠 Installation & Quickstart

Environment Setup

We recommend using a virtual environment (e.g., venv or conda):

python3 -m venv nrc_env
source nrc_env/bin/activate

Install Dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt
pip install -e .

Running Simulations

The core models are located in the src/ directory. Run an electromagnetic performance audit natively:

python src/nri_simulator.py

⚖️ Licensing & Enterprise Architecture

This repository operates on a Dual-License structure to protect the integrity of the Nexus Resonance Codex (NRC) while supporting open scientific validation.

  • Codebase: AGPL-3.0 (Ensures any cloud/network deployment remains entirely open-source).
  • Data & Weights: CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (Strictly prohibits free commercial use).
  • Trademarks & Math Integrity: Trademark Policy (Protects the TTT-7, QRT, and mathematical nomenclatures).
  • Patent Protection: Patent Pledge (Tesla-style Good Faith Patent Covenant).

🏢 Corporate & Drug Discovery Entities: If you require the use of Nexus Resonance Codex (NRC) frameworks in a closed-source, proprietary, or for-profit environment, you must purchase an Enterprise License. See COMMERCIAL_USE.md for details or contact James Paul Trageser at NexusResonanceCodex@gmail.com.
