docs: remove the lead-list MCP tools#7

Delete the enrich_leads and verify_leads tool pages and the "Lead list tools" nav group, and drop the Lead lists (cloud) section + the stale lead_list_operations / check_leads / lead_coverage mentions from the MCP introduction. These tools were removed from @opennous/mcp; the lead-list layer now runs as direct SQL over the gtm store. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
