flow.md tells an app-screen build to run theme.mjs scaffold --scope app. That command has no theme slug. scope is not in VALUED, so positional() keeps the next token, and app becomes the slug.

node theme.mjs scaffold --scope app exits 1: no theme at .../references/themes/app.md.

The sentence above the command says the theme lends its palette, its faces, its radius and its surfaces. usage() already shows the working form, scaffold <slug> [--scope app]. The parenthetical now says theme.mjs scaffold <slug> --scope app.

Verified with theme.mjs scaffold bloom --scope app: it writes the stamp shape: app screen and the fixed app type scale (--text-xs: 0.75rem, no clamp). node skills/hallmark/scripts/refcheck.mjs --errors is clean across 99 reference files.

The gate list in that same sentence is unchanged.
