For what was that used for, outside receptions?
What about reception of returns from customer?
The immediately_usable_qty should be bound to the warehouse of the picking type. The warehouse needs to be given in the context.

…oming stock records When serializing `stock.move` and `stock.move.line` records, `record.location_id.id` was injected into the evaluation context unconditionally. For incoming moves from suppliers (`usage == 'supplier'`), setting this location context forces downstream quant and stock availability computations to evaluate against the vendor virtual location.
