SlackDigestFormatfield onEventNotificationSubscriptionas deprecated.Octopus Server no longer uses this field (see OctopusDeploy/OctopusDeploy#45159) — Slack digests always send a summary, and it was never wired into any behaviour. The field is retained for backward compatibility (JSON round-trips harmlessly) and will be removed in a future major version.
