Removed push trigger for the quality/mull-mutation-testing-poc branch.
This workflow verifies baseline tests for Mull by setting up the environment, installing dependencies, and running tests without mutation.
Updated the GitHub Actions workflow to include additional paths for monitoring and improved error handling in the script.
