OpenBioSim Dockerfiles

These are the Dockerfiles used to generate the OpenBioSim container images.

sire : Used to create openbiosim/sire (default sire container)
biosimspace : Used to create openbiosim/biosimspace (default BioSimSpace container)
notebook : Used to create the containers for try.openbiosim.org
