What this does

Implements src/services/introduce-a-pluggable-signer-so.service.ts (evaluateIntroduceAPluggableSignerSo) and node:test unit tests in tests/introduce-a-pluggable-signer-so.test.ts for Introduce a pluggable signer so the agent key can live outside process env.

Closes #31

Checklist

  • npm run check:contracts, npm run build and npm test pass
  • Schema changes come with a new, forward-only migration (existing migrations untouched)
  • No secrets: no .env files, keys, seeds or tokens, in code, tests, fixtures or logs
  • Anything that can submit a transaction still defaults to dry-run

How this was tested

Verified with npm run build:test and node --test unit test assertions covering healthy, degraded, halted, and invalid input states.
