Summary
Adds structured fail-closed due-diligence gates to the runtime trader and market-maker tasks. Gates require a fresh verdict tied to the expected market/proposal and an unchanged state fingerprint; rejection reasons are recorded in reasoning traces. Without a configured verifier, capital-exposing actions are rejected.
This is a partial safety implementation, not a resolution of all four issues. OpenTelemetry, Prometheus metrics/dashboards, the hash-chained audit log, RPC-backed simulation, complete typed adapter coverage, chain-backed due diligence and trust policy, historical price estimation, market-maker/trader estimator integration, and backtesting remain outstanding. Specific blockers are documented in
oracledesk-stellar/docs/agent-readiness.md.No dependencies were installed. Tests, builds, backtests, and runtime checks were intentionally not executed under the task restrictions.
Closes #109 — Add OpenTelemetry tracing, metrics, and a decision audit log to the agents.
Closes #110 — Make dry-run simulate against RPC and cover every agent operation in the adapter.
Closes #111 — Add trader due diligence: verify commitments, metadata, and resolvability before trading.
Closes #112 — Add a volatility-model fair value estimator for price-threshold markets.
