Set organization description, website and email #11

Follow-up of #8 ("Not in this PR").

• What remains — set the org description, blog (https://ownima.com) and email (contact@ownima.com) with an org-owner token: gh api -X PATCH orgs/Ownima -f description=... -f blog=https://ownima.com -f email=contact@ownima.com.
• Why — the token used in docs: refresh the org profile and add community health files #8 had repository admin only; PATCH orgs/Ownima returned 404.
• When — no deadline.
• Done when — gh api orgs/Ownima -q '.description,.blog,.email' returns the three values.
