…LAR#467 PHASE-STELLAR#468 PHASE-STELLAR#469 PHASE-STELLAR#470) phase-170 (PHASE-STELLAR#470): structured log pipeline with deep secret redaction, per-correlation-id sampling, closed index labels and a bounded non-blocking https batcher wired into api-observability. phase-171 (PHASE-STELLAR#469): lock-consistent backup snapshots (VACUUM INTO + sidecars), checksum/integrity verification, restore marker that gates the faucet-health cron, AES-256-GCM sealed secrets envelope, and a DR drill script. phase-172 (PHASE-STELLAR#468): SQLite to Postgres rehearsal helpers: dialect translation, typed per-table parity with coercion detection, per-test schemas, and a bounded dual-writer with drift log and primary-only rollback. phase-173 (PHASE-STELLAR#467): preview isolation: per-preview data root, production issuer/cron/contract/mainnet fencing in validatePhaseEnv, preview cron gating. All behind default-off flags; docs, flag rows and findings updated.
