* 新增蓝粉配色、浅深色语义 Token 与 Element Plus 主题映射。 * 实现 system/light/dark 三态主题、持久化及系统偏好监听。 * 补充主题状态测试与减少动画、毛玻璃等全局样式基线。
* 将原横向导航重组为权限感知的分组侧栏与移动端抽屉。 * 新增毛玻璃顶栏、页面上下文、健康状态、账号菜单和主题入口。 * 为路由补充页面标题与过渡，并用测试覆盖受限导航可见性。
