fix(activity): 修正活动状态和项目社团筛选

变更说明

• 根据报名截止时间、活动开始时间和结束时间计算展示状态：已截止显示“报名已截止”，已开始且未结束显示“进行中”，结束后显示“活动已结束”。页面每 30 秒刷新当前时间，避免长时间停留时状态过期。
• 活动筛选、状态标签和报名按钮统一使用计算后的展示状态；已截止或进行中的活动不可重复报名。
• 项目管理和论坛社团下拉框统一只展示已审核且正在运营的社团，过滤掉图灵社等未通过审核或已停运的社团；请求过期时不覆盖较新的数据，并在当前社团不再可选时清理筛选值。
• 增加活动状态解析的回归测试，并扩展社团筛选测试覆盖项目列表。

验证

• vitest run: 126 passed, 1 skipped
• npm run build: exit code 0
• Prettier check passed
