fix: fluid responsive card grid for products, policies and pools - #816

Fixed sm/lg column counts made the product/policy/pool grids jump between breakpoints: at lg the 4-column product grid squeezed cards to ~226px so their 3-up stats row overflowed, while 600-900px widths left awkward gaps. - Add a `grid-fluid-cards` utility using repeat(auto-fill, minmax(min(100%, 17rem), 1fr)) so column count tracks available width (1 col at 375, 2 at 768, 3 at 1024, 4 at 1440) and cards never drop below 17rem or overflow narrow viewports. - Apply it to product, policy, dashboard and pool grids (incl. skeletons). - Make ProductCard's stats row fluid (auto-fit) with min-w-0 cells so long USDC amounts wrap instead of overflowing.
