Overview

This PR adds accessibility regression coverage for Utix's dense forms, tables, and error recovery flows. It introduces automated checks for keyboard navigation, focus management, screen-reader announcements, reduced-motion behavior, and error-announcement handling across core workflows, plus operational documentation for edge cases and recovery.
