docs: add DESIGN.md and rename roadmap Trying to Doing - #136

DESIGN.md (with zh-Hans mirror) holds the decided glossary, product decisions and visual rules, each citing its source PR, doc or file. VISUAL-SYSTEM.md stays for its open window-width question and points to DESIGN.md.
…ual audit The audit's last open question (window widths) is closed as-is, so VISUAL-SYSTEM.md and its mirror are removed and DESIGN.md cites the PRs instead.

docs/DESIGN.mdand its zh-Hans mirror in three parts: glossary, product decisions, visual design. Every entry cites the PR, doc or source file where it was decided; open questions are left out.Tryingsection toDoing, so the roadmap has the four sections Doing, Planned, Done and Not Do.docs/VISUAL-SYSTEM.mdand its mirror. That 2026-08-27 audit was a proposal: its adopted parts are in DESIGN.md, its questions were settled by A hardcoded radius, point size or colour in the panel now fails the build #29 and The panel's controls are the system's again #73, and the last one (window widths) is closed as-is.Verification
Docs only, no build. A local script checked that every relative link in the changed docs resolves, that the English and zh-Hans DESIGN files carry the same IDs and PR references, and that each glossary term exists in
Localizable.xcstrings.
