This pull request updates the repository from a generic plugin template to a dedicated demo room plugin for PepperDash Essentials v3, including new documentation, configuration, and source files specific to the demo room. It introduces new code for demo room configuration, messaging, and factory registration, and updates project metadata and build processes to reflect the new focus.
