🐕 NEW FEATURE: WATCHDOG SERVICE
- Monitors stdin/file input for deterministic keywords
- Automatically restarts server when keywords detected
- Rate limiting and cooldown protection
- Graceful server process management

🔑 DETERMINISTIC KEYWORDS:
- Italian: ricorda, importante, nota, salva, memorizza, riavvia
- English: remember, save, note, important, store, restart
- Commands: mcp start, server start, wake up, restart server
- Urgent: emergency restart, force restart, restart now

⚙️ KEY FEATURES:
- Real-time keyword detection and analysis
- Graceful server shutdown/restart with SIGTERM
- Rate limiting (max 10 restarts/hour, 30s cooldown)
- Comprehensive logging to logs/watchdog.log
- Multiple monitoring modes (stdin, file, hybrid)

🚀 USAGE:
- ./scripts/main.sh server watchdog
- ./scripts/servers/start_server_with_watchdog.sh
- python3 -m src.services.watchdog_service

📁 FILES ADDED:
- src/services/watchdog_service.py - Main watchdog implementation
- scripts/servers/start_server_with_watchdog.sh - Startup script
- docs/WATCHDOG_SERVICE.md - Complete documentation
- Updated scripts/main.sh with watchdog command
