[Backend] Declare dotenv: data-source.ts imports dotenv/config without declaring it #1389
Description
Found in a repository audit of
main(b472e6b). The facts below were checked against that commit.
Problem
Backend/src/database/data-source.ts starts with import 'dotenv/config' (used by the TypeORM CLI migration scripts), but dotenv is not declared in package.json; depcheck reports it as missing.
Fix
Add dotenv to dependencies (or devDependencies if only used by CLI scripts).
Acceptance criteria
