install.py:
local-v*release from this repo and checks it against SHA256SUMS.~/.local/bin, or on Windows to%USERPROFILE%\\.local\\binplus PATH. Requires the Windows sandbox helpers.wire_api="chat"/model_apply_patch_tool_typekeys only). It verifies key-line removal and backs up to~/.codex/local/legacy-backup/.
