Adds a check against /.well-known/keysend/ for lnaddress payments and uses keysend to send the payment if the well-known exists. If it doesn't exist, then the payment is sent as a typical LNURL payment.
This lets us have the convenience of lnaddress with the simplicity of keysend payments for wallets that support it. Currently both Alby and Fountain support this spec.
