google-gcp: Dedicated Pydantic model #1149

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently, google-gcp (previously vertex) lacks a dedicated pydantic model for credential registration. This absence hinders the proper management of Google GCP as a standalone provider.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Extend the onboarding/credentials endpoint.
- Ensure proper storage for API Key, SA keys, and any GCS bucket information.

Currently google-gcp (earlier vertex) does not have its own pydantic model to register credentials. Make Google GCP as a provider in itself.

Extend the endpoint to make sure, API Key, SA keys, gcs bucket if any are stored properly.
