Migration: Update Google Gen AI SDK #1238

We need to migrate to the latest Google Gen AI SDK and streamline our API usage. The current version and deprecated parameters complicate our implementation.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Migrate to google-genai SDK version > 2.0.0 from current 1.59.0
- Use Interaction API instead of Generation Config
- Remove deprecated parameters: temperature, top_p, top_k, thinking config, etc.
