The current fallback message is static and may not match the user's query language. This can lead to confusion and a poor user experience.

- Translate the fallback message to the same language as the user query.
- Ensure the fallback message is dynamically generated based on the query language.

Check how to make the fallback message in set reply — sent when this guardrail is flagged text gets translated to the same language as the query.
Describe the enhancement you'd like
Currently the fallback message is static. For better user experience, the fallback should be in the same language as the user query.
