Evaluation: Frontend adjustments for fast #204

We've made some backend improvements for evaluations, but the frontend needs adjustments to support fast evaluations.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement the following changes in the frontend:
- Add a run mode option for
batchandfast - Include a label to indicate whether evaluations are
batchorfast - Pass the
run_modein the API payload

Describe the current behavior
- So we have made the few improvements related to evels in backend, so there are few changes need in the frontend to support the fast evals
Describe the enhancement you'd like
- Need to add the run mode in the frontend like
batchandfast - Need to add the label corresponding to the evals it's a
batchevals orfastevals. - Need to pass the
run_modein the api payload.
