fiz a implementação do modal e do dashboard do perfil empresa
o modal aparece quando clica em certificados
a pagina está totalmente responsiva e seguindo a historia e novo design
adicionei a rota no app.tsx do projeto como "modelo-certificado"
também terminei a implementação da página meus certificados download
fiz ela com api com dados mockados para conseguir carregar a pagina e ver o front
ela tá responsiva e os dados "mocks" coloquei ele como const no app tsx
também fiz a sub task da pagina de validação de verificação e mensagem de erro
