Prepare Moyu 0.2.0 for npm publication

Release intent

Prepare the first public npm registry package, moyu-game@0.2.0.

• Make npm the default install path in English and Chinese docs while preserving the GitHub main install as a development fallback.
• Consolidate the 0.2.0 changelog at the actual release date.
• Cap Node's test runner at four concurrent files so the timing-sensitive terminal tests remain stable on busy Macs.

Verification

• npm ci completed with the locked dependencies.
• npm run check: 569/569 tests passed with normal process and session-directory access.
• npm run compile and npm run smoke passed; dist/ did not drift.
• The package dry-run, tarball contents, and isolated install are being checked before publication.

The registry name was 404 before release. This PR contains no secret or publication token.
