Host enrollment opens the PIG dashboard and validates its approval URL. Use
/pig/enroll/startand/pig/enrollto match the hosted route rename in https://github.com/Promptless/promptless/pull/5447.Update the existing bootstrap fixtures and enrollment expectations to use the same dashboard and polling paths.
Validation: 31 existing enrollment tests, Ruff, and full ty checks pass. No new tests.
