Load the full Agent Score leaderboard after the page loads - #1200

The leaderboard showed only the top 24 sites with no sign that more had been scored. A button under the list now shows the total site count and loads up to the API's 1000-entry limit. The mock API's limit cap matches.
The top 24 sites render first, then the page replaces them with up to the API's 1000-entry limit without a click. The list drops aria-live so screen readers don't announce up to 1000 links.

The Agent Score leaderboard showed the top 24 sites and nothing else, so visitors had no way to tell that many more sites had been scored. The leaderboard now shows the top 24 first. When
totalSitesis larger than that, the page fetches up to 1,000 entries and replaces the list, without a click. If that second request fails, the top 24 stay on screen. When more than 1,000 sites have been scored, a note under the list reads "Showing the top 1,000 of N scored sites."The leaderboard container no longer has
aria-live. With it, a screen reader would read out the whole list when the full load finishes, which can be 1,000 links.The mock API's
limitcap goes from 100 to 1000 to match the backend.Merge order: deploy the backend change on the
better-agent-scorebranch of Promptless/promptless first. That change raises the leaderboard's maximumlimitfrom 100 to 1000. Until it ships, the full load returns only 100 sites.Checklist
astro checkreports 0 errors. I haven't checked the page in a browser. The local mock serves 11 sites, which is fewer than 24, so the full load never runs against it.
