Ability to switch to remap version

I recently tried to build this:

But it failed with this error:

Namespace mismatch, expected intermediary got named

Above repository uses GradleHelper v1.4 which uses fabric loom through this plugin.
I was informed that I should use net.fabricmc.fabric-loom-remap with version `1.16-SNAPSHOT but seeing that this plugin is not mentioned in version catalogue I don't see way to switch to that one

I have also noticed this issue, weirdly enough it is only happening in multi-project setups that use architectury loom for the common module

this is somehow caused by architectury loom also being loaded into the classpath, likely because it's so far behind fabric loom (only on 1.13). Sadly it's still required for some projects, like map atlases, which is why it's still being used there.
I will try to fix this, but it might be that starting with fabric loom 1.16, I have to retire support for the "common" architectury plugin
