Installation Options

After installation, copy the GAME directory from the CD to the install directory. Then make the following changes to CYCLONE.CFG:

• Change line 3 to .\game\
• Change line 5 to .\game\sound\

This will allow the game to run without the CD data. The CD music was converted using CHDtoOGG with default quality and an empty data track.

Digital Store Variants

The GOG and Steam versions match and are provided as a variant. The DOSC only sets the CPU max year to 1994 and auto starts as the appropriate config files are already included in the store installations.

Additional Notes

• I included the digital store version of the file KEYMAP.BIN in the base DOSC to overwrite the default KEYMAP.BIN file from the CD installation. This configures the game's controls to a more modern WASD style.
• DoDAT cannot build the base DOSZ from the CD because installed files are contained inside the file DATA.A00.
