PR#135 (feature/inference-programme-ledger, the laptop session's version of the same task) carried material the merged #136 version lacked: - DECISIONS.md: full CP-1 evidence (exact test-pin corrections, 538-test suite result, science impact incl. the fence slope halving to the documented 1e8/arcsec) and the verbatim review-note quotes; the consequence now records that existing truth bars are unaffected (no searches-framework benchmark used positions). - LITERATURE.md: adopted #135's substantially deeper reference set (NSS settings guidance, PolyChord/nautilus/Fowlie, NUTS foundations, SMC tempering/waste-free lines, GIGA-Lens architecture detail, JAXNS, proximal/discontinuous HMC, optimizer-termination section). - PROGRAMME.md: added the Future follow-ups section, the SLaM min-0.2 threshold detail, and the truth-bars note on CP-1.
