…eout, PR concurrency actions/checkout v6 and setup-python v6 replace the Node 20 majors GitHub now force-runs on Node 24; push runs only on main so a PR branch is not tested twice; the token is read-only; one hung step stops at the timeout instead of 360 minutes.
