This pull request addresses a bug where the "Long Text" (textarea) fields in Flow mode were not auto-focused as expected. The fix ensures that when navigating to a "Long Text" field, the textarea receives focus automatically, improving the user experience. The main changes involve updating the TextArea component to support the autoFocus prop and refining the focus logic in the FlowPage layout.

Long Text Auto-Focus Fix:

• Added an autoFocus prop to the TextArea component and passed it through to the underlying <textarea> element, enabling programmatic focus control.
• Updated the FlowPage layout to:
  • Extend the list of focusable field types to include "textarea", so that "Long Text" fields are auto-focused when active.
  • Allow the shared inputRef to reference either an HTMLInputElement or an HTMLTextAreaElement, supporting both short and long text fields.
  • Properly cast the ref when rendering InputField and TextArea components.
