This pull request introduces a major new "Quiz Mode" feature to the form builder, enabling creators to assign correct answers and point values to questions, and providing respondents with scoring and analytics. It also implements automatic form saving and validation when navigating away, and updates the UI to support these new capabilities. Below are the most important changes grouped by theme:

Quiz Mode Feature:

• Added a comprehensive Quiz Mode, allowing creators to mark fields (Radio, Select) as correct/incorrect, assign point values (0-100), and enable scoring for forms. New UI controls let users toggle Quiz Mode and configure quiz-specific settings. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

• Added a dynamic score results screen for quizzes, showing total score, passing percentage, and visual feedback on correct/incorrect answers. [1] [2]
• Updated analytics: the Form Responses table now automatically computes and displays respondent scores.

• Implemented auto-save and validation when clicking the Back button in the builder, preventing accidental data loss by ensuring changes are saved before navigation. [1] [2]
• Updated the HeaderSettings and ScreenEditor components to support quiz-specific labeling and toggling, improving clarity and usability in Quiz Mode. [1] [2] [3]

Documentation and Versioning:

• Updated CHANGELOG.md to document the new Quiz Mode, auto-save navigation, score results screen, and grade analytics for release 0.1.0.
• Bumped the project version to 0.1.0 in package.json.
