Two comments I added named a product, a version and a date. That state is wrong the moment the next
release lands, and it is a finding, not a decision, so it does not belong in the code.
The existing "measured on" comments in this tree stay as they are, and they are the reason the
distinction matters: they say "on one product", "on two products", "one backend product" — the shape
of the evidence that justifies a design choice, with nothing in them that can go stale. Mine were a
census.
