Applied direction
Applies Bryan's approved nine top-level changes to the existing shared WORKING_DEFAULTS source, without replacing the original text or creating another framework. Child of #55; parent remains unchanged.
The additions cover useful work before machinery, narrow shared exchange, consequence-proportional boundaries, participant agency, contextual factors, concrete portability, per-record authority, outcome/burden evidence, and recoverable commitments. Existing Plugin Planner, Game Studio, Superpowers, Supabase, and Resource Inbox responsibilities are composed rather than duplicated. Installed plugins and historical trials are unchanged.

Executed a source-prefix SHA-256 comparison and assertions for all nine numbered additions using Python 3.13.5. Returned Git blob matches the checked local bytes. Receipt:
.quirk/evidence/power-preserving-defaults-36135a0a2886.json.This was a connector-fetched source subset: direct cloning failed because github.com could not resolve in the execution container.
scripts/validate.sh, the complete repository tests, exact-range evidence gate, and Python 3.12 environment were NOT_RUN. These remain review requirements; this draft does not waive them. The source check is not proof of behavior, user benefit, compliance throughout Quirk, or authority.A child of quirk-os #152 will pin this exact source and exercise its existing resolver with synthetic creative-continuation tests. That fixture cannot stand in for the missing fresh-host or Roundtrip 01 return legs.
Authority and recovery
Candidate IMPLEMENTATION_DETAIL; authority effect none. No schema, canonical concept, admission, permission, deployment, spending, or plugin installation change. Revert this child independently and deliberately restore consumer pins when appropriate. Preserve parent PRs, historical evidence, current withdrawals, and concurrent work.
