Summary

This PR finalizes PrintGuardian v0.3.0-preview.1, the first public Windows x64 preview.

The goal of this release is to make 3MF inspection and selected setting changes understandable, local-first and safe to test with real Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer projects, while keeping limitations explicit.

Included

• Project Workspace with Overview, Printer, Material, Print settings, Model & Supports and Advanced views
• Persistent attention points linked to the exact responsible setting where possible
• Local My print profiles library and automatic comparison against the active trusted profile
• Guided manual editing for supported scalar settings
• Semantic slicer-value preservation, including percentage values such as 10% → 11%
• Profile Diff and Advanced diagnostics
• Verified non-destructive 3MF rebuild/export for supported changes
• Native Windows Save As flow for exported 3MF copies
• Portable and Installed Windows builds
• Portable local-data isolation and recent-project resume
• Local History with bounded project summaries
• Update Centre with manual GitHub Release handoff
• LV / EN interface; slicer-native setting names remain in English in both languages
• Report / suggest GitHub issue handoff
• Bilingual START HERE - SĀC ŠEIT.html guide and checksums

Verified before release

• Release gate and production build pass
• Windows GitHub Actions packaging passes
• Portable and Installed builds smoke-tested
• Exported 3MF reopened successfully in Bambu Studio
• Wall loops 1 → 2 exported correctly
• Sparse infill density 10% → 11% exported correctly with % preserved
• Source 3MF remains untouched

Preview limitations

• This is pre-release software, not a finished v1.0 product
• No full geometry/G-code safety audit yet
• A clean result is not a print-safety guarantee
• Broader Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer compatibility remains public-preview testing
• Automatic Installed updates remain disabled while builds are unsigned
• Windows SmartScreen / Unknown publisher warnings may occur
