  1. Log in as a user.

  1. Click [WorkFlow] tab.

  2. Click [New Activity] button and then you will see your workflow list.

  1. Click [New] button of "Simple Deposit Workflow", then "Simple Deposit Workflow" is started.

  1. In this screen, you can upload your file and input metadata.

  1. Drop files or folders here. Or, click [Click to select] button and select the target files or folders.

  1. After uploading file(s), click [Start upload] button and then the upload process is started.

  1. Input some appropriate metadata.
  1. Select FileName, Preview, License, Accesss for your uploaded files.

  1. Click [Next] button.

  1. Click one or more target checkbox(es) from the Index tree.

  1. Click [Next] button.

  1. Click [Done] button.

  2. Check your deposited item and click [Approval] button.

  1. Then your depositing process is completed.

  1. Return the WEKO3 main view and click the index where your deposited item is registered.

  1. Click your deposited item link and then you will see the item detail view.
