Allow publication region names in timeseries geography. #968
Description
Blocks everything else related to geo coverage expansion
src/schema/common/geographyItem.v1.json is a closed list, so it rejects "ASEAN", "Southeast Asia" and the IEA and GECO region names. Open it up to free text, as scopeGeography.v2.json does. Then regenerate the types, update the examples and the description in pathwayTimeseries.v1.json, and update the test data.

Done in #974, merged into
epic/v2; this closes when #937 reachesmain. It took a different route than proposed here: instead of looseninggeographyItem.v1, the newpathwayTimeseries.v2.jsonmakes rowgeographyan open string, andschema:checkchecks it against the pathway's own metadata. All 16 timeseries files are on v2. v1 is left as it is, and retiring it is tracked in #981.
