• rand from 0.9.0 to 0.10.2
• rand_pcg from 0.9.0 to 0.10.2
• rand_distr from 0.5.0 to 0.6.0
• simba from 0.9.0 to 0.10.2
• redb from 3.1.1 to 4.1.0 (not a data model change this time)

It also fixes the following Clippy lints:
