Frontend Web Development · HTML · Web Interfaces
I'm a web developer building my foundation through hands-on HTML projects. My public work includes a portfolio exercise that brings together page structure, images, links, lists, and navigation between pages.
I'm interested in turning those foundations into clear, usable web experiences: organizing content well, making navigation understandable, and gradually adding responsive styling and interactive behavior.
- HTML foundations through small pages and structured content.
- Portfolio organization that brings individual exercises together.
- Navigation and links that help people move between related pages.
- Images and content hierarchy that make page sections easy to understand.
- Frontend fundamentals as a foundation for more complete web applications.
| Project | Focus | Area |
|---|---|---|
| HTML Portfolio | A learning repository containing a personalized portfolio page and supporting exercises | HTML, links, images, page organization |
| Fouad's Portfolio Page | A page combining movie-ranking content, birthday-invitation content, and links to supporting pages | Headings, lists, images, navigation |
These are HTML learning exercises. The portfolio source is in fouad2.html; the repository's index.html still contains the exercise checklist.
My published code currently centers on HTML. I'm using small exercises to practice document structure and connect individual pages into a portfolio.
| Area | Direction to Explore |
|---|---|
| Semantic HTML | Choosing elements that describe the purpose of the content. |
| CSS and layouts | Adding consistent spacing, typography, and responsive page structure. |
| JavaScript | Introducing useful interactions and understanding browser behavior. |
| Accessibility | Improving labels, image descriptions, keyboard access, and readability. |
| Project quality | Checking links, documenting setup, and making project entry points clear. |
- Build small pages with a clear purpose and readable structure.
- Keep navigation and file paths understandable.
- Check that links and images lead to the intended content.
- Improve each exercise before expanding its scope.
- Document what a project demonstrates and what still needs work.
I'm interested in small web projects, HTML and CSS practice, frontend learning groups, and opportunities to improve through code review.
