Summary

  • Adds comprehensive \SETUP.md\ runbook covering prerequisites, Rust 1.84+ and \wasm32v1-none\ setup, building, testing, linting, testnet deployment, and TypeScript SDK binding generation.
  • Wires \SETUP.md\ across \README.md, \docs/index.md, and \CONTRIBUTING.md.
  • Adds the deployed Demo Wallet address to the \README.md\ testnet contract table.
  • Removes unintended /scripts/\ entry from .gitignore\ to ensure script runbooks remain properly tracked.
