- Simplified preview caching to use the emulator revision as the screen change signal
- Consolidated picker panel and caret rendering; removed a cached invocation-directory label
- Simplified task launch state and derived managed status from harness metadata
- Routed scrollback actions directly through the emulator and shared terminal test helpers
