What changed

Adds shared realtime claim and notification merging, authenticated wallet-scoped topic subscriptions with reconnect/token refresh and REST fallback, and optimistic action reconciliation for cover and pool actions. Adds protocol documentation, topic flags, notification UI wiring, and focused unit tests.

Validation

• npx vitest run --config vitest.config.mts src/lib/realtime/claims.test.ts src/lib/realtime/client.test.ts src/lib/realtime/notifications.test.ts src/lib/realtime/optimisticReconciliation.test.ts — 4 files, 16 tests passed.
• git diff --check — passed.
• Full repository tests and typecheck remain blocked by pre-existing upstream issues: empty source/config files, broken baseline JSX, missing test dependencies, and unrelated existing type errors. A Playwright run was not possible because the app cannot build from that baseline.
