Wardrobe: three outfits from the dresser and per-head fits - #33

Outfits fixerclankr (a Clanker in a top hat with a wrench and its beacon), mageskeleton (the skeleton mage with glasses, cape and wand) and mechwizz (the mech in the mage's hat, shades and a coffee mug), made and fitted by hand in the dresser. Fits per head for the Clanker's top hat and beacon on Clanker_Head, the wand on Skeleton_Mage_Skull, round glasses and the mug on CombatMech_Head, and the hats on Clanker_Head, the skull and the mech. The leftover test outfits test1 and test2 are removed.
