Add new page documenting the Cmd+K command palette in the Builder app, including quick actions, navigation/resource search, project switching, smart ordering (frecency), keyboard navigation, and tiered result scoring. Update Chat intro keyboard shortcuts FAQ to note the different Cmd+K behavior in Builder, and add a Builder CMD+K subsection to the project switching page.
