Await disconnection using the existing server ID before changing its ID and saving the new configuration.

Correction: the earlier desktop build result did not validate this independent PR head. At c8b369b, OnPrimaryButtonClick contains await but lacks async; the isolated native-head build failed with CS4033 at both awaits. A local async-handler correction built successfully in the earlier reassessment, but is not pushed to this PR. App/rename interaction was not run. No tests or builds were rerun for this correction.
